Once we find the right home for you, your rental deposit is held by the listing brokerage in trust. With the news headlines profiling people who have listed a property for rent and taken several deposits from several people who later find out there was never a rental property available, using a Realtor is a purdent way to ensure your informaton and deposit are safe.

1. Luxury Rentals - focuses on LUXURY RENTALS across Ontario - minimum monthly rental rate for this program is $5,000+/month VIP services ON-WIDE
2. Ontario Rents - we help you find suitable rentals ACROSS ONTARIO including (Home Area: York Region (Aurora, Newmarket, Sharon, East Gwillimbury, Bradford, King, Stoufville, Markham, Vaughn, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill etc.), Also Serving TORONTO (North York, East York, Scarborough, Don Mills, Down Town, Beaches, Lakeshore etc.), Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Oshawa, Whitby etc.) Peel, Halton, Niagara Falls, etc.) We have a broad network of Real Estate Sales Professionals qualired to represent our Ontario Rents program througout all of Ontario. ONTARIO RENTS PROGRAM REQUIRMENTS
Every person renting with Ontario Rents:
* Must be looking for a (minimum) one-year lease (we do not do short term rentals)
* Willing/able to pay monthly rent of minimum $1400
* Willing/able to provide proof of income
* Willing/able to sign a Representation Agreement so that one of the Real Estate Sales Representatives in our Ontario Rents network to represent you
* Understand that Jessica Lambert, Program Leader, does not cover all of Ontario individually and that you may be referred to a Realtor who works with Jessica Lambert and within the framework of this program to meet your needs. Also, should one of the assinged realtors not work for you you are free to connect with Jessica and request a different Realtor and still maintain your relationship with the program.
*** Must have First and Last month's rent saved BEFORE viewing homes (from experience we know that once you see a place you love the best time to put the rental application in is RIGHT AWAY, this is we work with clients to ensure they are ready, or near ready BFORE taking them to view homes - in this competitive market home often get rented fast; if you love it someone else probably does too - be prepared!)
* Must complete downloadable rental application on this page (see below) and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org for review BEFORE viewing homes
* Must schedule an intake phone call initally with Progarm Leader, Jessica Lambert, so that she may assess your needs and determind program fit, next steps, and if applicable - assisgn a Realtor working with our Ontario Rents program to you. Note - if you are assinged to a Realtor other then Jessica Lambert, as the Program Manager Jessica will stay connected to the Realtor, and you may reach out to Jessica at any time to dicuss your needs relating to finding the right home for you.
NOTE: The rental maret in the GTA and surrounding areas is competative, having a qualified Realtor on your side, finding locations, developing success strategies, and negotiating on your behalf gives you professional representation to help you achieve your goals, and negotiate the best lease for you. ALSO with the number of rental fraud cases in the news it is important to use regulated channels for renting to ensure your deposit is kept in a Brokerage Trust Account safe from people pretending to be renting an unavailable location.
